10:00 am: Visit the Plant Nursery Village
Learn how from the locals how to nurture different kind of baby plants
Explore the vegetable nursery, where skilled locals use ingenious techniques to nurture and trade diverse baby plants. Immerse yourself in the simplicity of their cultivation methods and delve into the rich history of this charming village.
Get back to the boat, we stop by the Homestay/Resort which is famous for its rural life and countryside area. During around 1 hour traveling on a boat, we reach the real local Homestay/Resort which is truly ecological and non-touristic.
11:30 am Have a warm lunch with a local family at the Homestay/Resort with local cuisine and take a short rest to be ready for the afternoon trip.
Fantastic Kayaking on the Mekong River
2:00 pm: Are you ready for exercise? Join the fantastic Kayaking in magnificent jungle-lined tributaries. Enjoy your great moments paddling and relaxing under the shade of coconut trees along the bank; immerse yourselves in the peaceful rural life of South Vietnam. Then, it is time to take bicycles and do a trip around the area. Cycling on the country roads along the riverside to explore many kinds of fruits and plants with their great uses. Furthermore, it is along the riverside with fresh air and cool environment which will bring you a peaceful feeling of local people here. Stop along the way to visit the vermicelli and blacksmith workshop, catching up on typical images of locals growing trees, wrapping fruit, and washing clothes. You may also catch up with simple but lovely images of students coming home from school on a bicycle on foot or bicycles. Get back to the Homestay/Resort at around 5:30 pm.

6:00 pm, have a good rest and enjoy the typical food of Mekong
Day 2: Can Tho-Mekong Heart
Enjoy the local's lifestyle on the picturesque on Son Islet. Being considered as a pearl in the mouth of a dragon, Son islet is one of an attractive eco-tourism destination its serene setting, fresh air, fruit orchards, floating houses, and delicious traditional southern cakes made by locals.
Live the local life in an idyllic rural setting area
Visit the floating fish farm with a large number of fishes such as catfish, feather-back fish, carp (Koi fish)… and special kinds of fish that can be hardly found in other places such as Red snapper, Fire eel, Redtail catfish, Tigerfish,... have a look at “flying snake-head fish” and enjoy how people raise fish right under their floating market.
Take a short walk under green shades of fruit trees and on the rural paths to visit the fruits orchards to taste some delicious one, freshly picked from the tree and learn more about the agriculture in Mekong Delta.
Enjoy a delicious Southern meal prepared by the locals. You can also learn how to make traditional cakes such as Vietnamese pancakes, baby pancakes, etc., and try those that are made by yourself.
